About Open Hearts

         Open Hearts is a non profit organization for adults with developmental disabilities.  We have all different kind of classes including movement, art, drama, discussions and games. We have a lot of our art for sale in the gallery.

         Around seven years ago the directors at Open Hearts asked me If I wanted to Become a DJ and I said yes.  Tim, a staff at Open Hearts helped me to become a DJ.  We researched the equipment that I would need and when we decided, we emailed it to my sister. She set up a Go Fund Me to raise money and enough funds were raised so my sister ordered my DJ equipment. Soon after I started playing gigs in the Asheville area.

         Open Hearts Art Center is located in downtown Asheville on Coxe Avenue. If you have not been there I encourage you to stop by for a visit to see the wonderful artists that go there, the staff that work there and see the art work that we have for sale.  If you come visit Open Hearts you will fell happy, welcomed and you will leave with a big smile on your face and will want to tell everyone to come visit.
